From Legal Advocate to Legislative Leader
I am running for office because I am passionate about addressing the unique challenges our community faces. With experience as a Deputy Assistant Counsel under Public Advocate, and Attorney General Letitia “Tish” James, I gained invaluable insights into the complexities of legal matters and the importance of upholding justice. In addition, prior to working for the Attorney General, I had the opportunity to serve this community as a staffer for our late State Senator Jose Peralta. My time in government has enriched my understanding of the legislative process, allowing me to witness firsthand the impact of effective representation in our community.

Throughout my career, I have championed the rights of individuals, ensuring fair representation and a voice in our legal system. As a community leader, I have held positions such as Male State Committeeman for the 35th Assembly and President of the Frederick Douglass Democratic Club. My involvement in various community organizations has allowed me to address local concerns and build bridges of understanding.
